SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER

Description

• Prepare and establish criteria for quality control for the equipment, material.
• Establish quality control organization.
• Establish quality control coordination procedures among parties.
• Prepare inspection procedures for project.
• Prepare Inspection and test plan.
• Review and approve welding procedure, qualify welder and welding operator.
• Control non-destructive examination for project.
• Review and approve non-destructive examination result.
• Maintain record, system of all quality control data an compile them to issue for client.
• History sheet preparation, especially for piping and tank fabrication.

Request

• Vietnamese or Foreigner.
• Bachelor in technical field such as mechanical, Material, Welding
• Good command of English.
• Experience for quality controller or inspector as least 5 years.
• Familiar with international code such as API 650, API 625, API 620, API 570, ASME section 9, ASME section 8, ASME Section 5, ASME section 2, AWS D1.1.
• Must have certificate CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent.
• Must have at least one project work with double wall storage tank or cryogenic storage tank.
• Prefer candidate with ASNT certificate.
